Product Details

Every so often our buying team finds something that we simply cannot do without. Its fair to say that when we uncovered this unique bespoke herring bone wood flooring range , the phrase "love at first sight" was very apt. We extended our trip by 2 days to visit this creative saw mill whose master craftsmen have lovingly designed a range of outstanding flooring that amazed and excited us. It was like an Aladdin's cave of inspired wood flooring treasures. The "Desert Oak" uses select grade white oak wood which is smoked and sanded. An ultra matt oil is then applied in 10 coats to create a dramatic herring bone oak floor. It is indeed very original , yet very much retains its traditional character.
