Victorian Tile laminate flooring by Faus is a high specification laminate that is ideal for light resdiential use, up to the more demanding heavy commercial laminate flooring traffic. As this is a highly water-resistant laminate floor, it is also suitable for bathrooms and more.

This traditional printed pattern laminate floor tile is a cut above the rest, with extremely high quality printing, a registered embossed texture and outstanding realism. Similar to chevron, herringbone flooring is a stunning and traditional, timeless design.

There are multiple installation click system options with Faus, and at Wood Floor Warehouse we have selvceted the better performing drop click system. It is a little more expensive, but is easier to install, and performs better when in use. We have also specified the AC6 wear rating, the toughest available in any laminate floor.

Installation

It's important to inspect your laminate flooring before laying. If you find any defects at all then DO NOT INSTALL THE FLOOR until you speak with your supplier to determine the best way forward. Many manufacturers will not validate a warranty if the defective flooring is installed.
It is not uncommon to find what appears to be very slight damage to the edges and especially the corners of laminate floors. This will mostly be superficial as the machining process can create small imperfections along the click system that will have no effect on the quality or performance of the floor. However large broken areas or large areas of damaged click systems are a cause for concern and you should contact your supplier before proceeding with the installation.

To read the full article please visit how to lay laminate flooring
